A team of experts dedicated to serving you.

At Bridgepoint, we offer a safe and inclusive space where each client feels like they matter: where their experiences are honored, their feelings can be expressed and truly heard, and their wellbeing is a priority.

We are a team of mental health professionals who have received extensive training and certifications in specific disciplines. Our range of expertise areas allows us to provide the best care possible to people of all ages, from all backgrounds, and with a variety of concerns and challenges.

We understand that therapy is an incredibly personal journey. Since YOU are the expert on your life, we believe in walking with you — not telling you where to go. We will meet you where you are today, offer a safe and accepting space to process your feelings and experiences, and help you explore your needs and goals. Then, we will support you in choosing your next steps and developing the direction, strategies, and specific tools that will help you experience long-term growth and positive change.

Our Guiding Principles

Compassion

Many of us have been told what we “should” do to overcome challenges in life, but at Bridgepoint we believe there is no right way to grieve, heal, or grow — there is only what is right for you. We treat each client as the unique individual they are and offer them the space to identify what “right” looks like for them.

Collaboration

Effective therapy requires a personalized understanding of your unique needs, not a cookie-cutter approach. We believe that effective therapy relationships are led by the client and their goals, and supported by the therapist’s knowledge and expertise.

Our therapists are skilled in active listening, building strong rapport, and the appropriate use of treatments that are safe and effective. Our job is to help support our clients in navigating life’s challenges through discovering and bringing forth the wisdom and strength that is already within them.

Expertise

Our clients deserve the highest level of care, which means working with someone who has been trained to help them with their specific needs. Each clinician at Bridgepoint is trained in the best treatment approaches for specific client concerns.

We do not assign clients based on who has availability, but instead help connect clients with the therapist who is best suited to help them. Our clinicians also have training and expertise in working with the needs of diverse clients, including concerns related to gender, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, age, and physical health issues.
