Helping you better understand yourself and create a clear path forward.

The first step toward wellness is creating a plan to get there.

It’s one thing to know you don’t feel your best, but it’s another to understand why. Through psychological assessments, we can help you to find direction when you are feeling stuck in treatment or in need of clarity around specific diagnoses. We can better understand the impacts of underlying neurocognitive disorders, learning disorders, or mood disorders that are contributing to the way you’re feeling today.

Maybe you’re noticing patterns at work that have caused you to wonder if you may have ADHD or have been experiencing persistent sadness or low energy but are unsure whether it’s due to a condition like depression or something else. I work with clients of all ages to better understand themselves through psychological testing.

My goal is to help you gain new insight into yourself and how you operate in your work, relationships, and life. After completing an individualized series of tests, we’ll review the results together in order to paint a picture of what we think is going on. This serves as a starting point in order to determine what your path forward should look like. By the end our work together, I want to equip you with the information you need to experience the relief that comes from new understanding as well as tangible next steps to get connected with the support that is right for you.

Prior to pursuing my Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology at Adler University, I received my Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology from National University in San Diego. Most recently, I’ve worked to develop activities for public allies that aid in furthering justice, an equitable society, and diversity in leadership.

I’ve also spent time volunteering for Arrive in Kenya, an organization providing housing and quality education to underserved communities in Kenya, and the Nielsen Community Service Team serving the diverse communities in Chicago.
