Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Helping you find hope and meaning in the face of uncertainty.

I'm here to support you each step of the way, with compassion and strength.

Perhaps you or your loved one has recently received a difficult medical diagnosis and you are feeling fearful or unsure about the future and what this means for you. Or you may have experienced a loss: the loss of a significant person, of an ability, or of something that has always made you feel like “you.” Significant changes like these can often make us feel isolated, misunderstood, anxious, or even depressed. You may also be getting the message to stay “strong,” preventing you from expressing the range of emotions you feel inside.

Each of us handles grief and change differently—there is no right or wrong way. Therapy is a place where you can openly share and process your thoughts and feelings, and explore your questions without fear of judgment or criticism. Together we will outline the path that helps you move into the future with more confidence and direction.

Our work together will be focused on the needs and goals you have for therapy. Nothing is off-limits; I’m here to support you along every step of this journey. You matter, your wellbeing matters, and despite the challenges you are facing today, we will find the joy and meaning that lies ahead.

I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and I am a Cohen Veteran Scholar. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in various settings including a neurology clinic, therapeutic day school, and private practice. I have supported patients living with chronic illness and their caregivers, preparing for organ transplants, and navigating diagnoses of Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases. I also spent two years as a live-in mentor for teenage boys in an outdoor, wilderness therapeutic boarding school.
