Assessment uncovers strengths, challenges, and provides a personalized roadmap for effective support and growth.
Psychological assessments provide valuable understanding, direction, and a clear path to the support that best fits you.
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating what seems like constant change—whether it’s starting college, entering a new career, or managing the pressure to perform either academically or in the workplace. Perhaps day-to-day responsibilities are enough to exhaust you, and though you want to do more, it feels like you do not have the energy or struggle to focus on necessary tasks. Maybe you find yourself feeling like you're constantly falling short, whether for yourself or others, and that life feels more difficult than it should.
It is okay to not have all the answers and solutions to these struggles. Assessment will help provide clarity in what underlies these challenges and provide guidance on solutions to help.
I also provide individual therapy and have experience in supporting people in the LGBTQIA+ community, those navigating transitioning, and neurodivergent folx.
Therapy with me isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m here to provide the tools, knowledge, and guidance to help it flourish.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Texas, where I also completed my Master’s in Psychology.
Throughout my training experiences I found my passion lies in working to help people discover themselves through assessments and therapy. I enjoy the continuous evolution that comes with assessment and consider myself a lifelong learner.
