Helping you live your life with intention.
I empower teens and adults to understand themselves better and experience lasting change.
You may be here because a recent loss or big life change has left you feeling unsure and unsteady. Maybe you’ve experienced a death, are a parent watching your teen struggle socially or academically, or are questioning if you are actually happy with the way your life is unfolding.
I know how these struggles can build up over time, and it can be hard to know what steps will actually lead to relief. I am here to offer a space where you can be honest about these things, have the “hard conversations,” and ultimately come to a place where you feel more centered and fulfilled.
I specialize in men’s issues, grief and loss, and life transitions from adolescence through adulthood. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to identify and address the challenges you are facing. I will help you connect with your feelings, and identify and set achievable goals. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, where you are the expert on your life, and I'm here to empower you with the tools to make meaningful changes in your life.
Through our work together, you will gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and relational patterns, learn to navigate conflicts more effectively, and develop strategies that you can put into action in your day-to-day life. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your life, more confident in your decision-making, and more able to handle whatever comes your way. I am dedicated to guiding you on this journey and supporting you every step of the way.
I received my Masters of Social Work from University of Missouri. My time at Chicago Lights and Above and Beyond Walk-In Addiction Clinic provided me with invaluable experience working with the unhoused population and individuals facing addiction. While I tailor my approach to each client, I primarily use CBT, REBT, and ACT in my work with clients. I always aim to meet clients where they are and approach the therapeutic process by focusing on one step at a time.
