Couples and Families
We work with couples and families as they navigate both specific challenges and changes in daily life. We provide couples and families with tools to increase healthy communication, expand perspective taking abilities, and resolve interpersonal conflict.
Family dynamics are ever changing, and evolve over time, particularly in times of transition. We will support you through dating concerns, adjusting to married life, family planning, job loss, relocation, illness, or any other unique circumstances you are faced with.
Grief and Loss
At Bridgepoint Psychology Center we understand that grief is one of the most complex emotions that impacts the whole person emotionally, physically, and often spiritually. Each individual experiences loss in their own unique way, and there is no “right” way to grieve. Grief does not only occur in the context of loving relationships, and we acknowledge the challenges one can face when grappling with unresolved matters following loss. We are here to provide support and presence as you grieve in a personally meaningful way.
It is never too soon or too late to seek a supportive space to remember, honor, and foster a continued relationship with the one you lost.
